Does Aloevera have any side-effects on the body?

I have heard about the Aloevera benefits and I want to use it. I am always suffering from some diseases and one of my friends has suggested me to drink Aloevera juice. As it is an herbal plant and has lots of benefits but I wanted to know are there any side-effects also. Please if anyone know tell me.

Aloevera is 100 percent herbal plant and there are no major side-effects. It generally doesn’t affect the body and any patients who suffering from any disease can use aloevera. There are some minor side-effects which you must know like:
Use of aloevera latex sometime turns the urine red which can cause abdominal pain.
It may cause mild allergic reaction or developing itching and rash conditions to some people. This may cause due to access use of aloevera.
As aloevera contains some laxative compound so due to improper processing it may shows laxative effects and cause electrolyte imbalances.
It contains anthraquinones compound which may cause severe intestinal cramps and diarrhea problems.
Patients who are taking oral steroids, diuretics and digoxin for arrhythmia should avoid taking any aloevera products.
Children should avoid consuming aloe latex internally as it may cause potassium loss when used with corticosteroids.
