Does aloevera gel helps to get rid of acne scars?

My skin is very oily and because of this I suffer from many skin problems. Right now I am suffering from acne problem. It has developed on my face and back. I am feeling very annoyed and uncomfortable. I have used some medicine but it is not removing acne scars completely. So can anyone tell me about the aloevera gel and does it help to treat on acne and remove it completely.
