Aloe Vera is a succulent plant which contains about 95% of water; therefore, it is sensitive to frost damage. The plant grows well in arid climate but by taking little care you can grow Aloe Vera plant in your house. First thing that is very important is Aloe Vera plant needs bright light for its proper growth but direct sunlight can damage that plant so that it is better to keep it in shaded place. During winter season, keep the plant indoors and make sure that it gets sufficient light. Secondly, use potting soil mix that contains pearlite and pumice. There are special soil mixes for variety of plants is easily available in the nurseries and in grocery stores. Aloe vera is a watery plant and therefore, it requires very less water. So, water the plant only when the soil is dry otherwise excess water may rotten the leaves. It is better to use pot that has drainage hole so that excess water can easily drain out. Thus, it is very easy to take Aloe Vera plant care by using these simple tips.
