How to get rid of Hyperthyroid with the help out of Aloe Vera?

My aunt has been hyperthyroid for a few years. By chance I came to know that aloe Vera helps in getting rid of Hyperthyroidism. Does it really works for curing Hyperthyroidism? If yes then I would tell my aunt to go for the Aloe Vera treatment. Does any one of you have any experience?
