Aloe Vera Juice Recipe 1:
For making a 100% fresh aloe Vera juice. Pick some large leaves of aloe vera and then cut the ends and edges of the aloe vera leaves. Then split the leaves into two parts and collect the gel coming out of the peelings. After that put the aloe vera gel I a blender and mix some fruits like orange or any other fruits and blend it in a blender atleast for two minutes. Then keep the juice in a refrigerator to settle for two hours. Just a fresh aloe vera drink is ready to consume.
Aloe Vera Juice Recipe 2:
Take about 2-3 large aloe vera leaves and cut them into small chunks. Then put the small chunks of aloe leaves into a container and boil it for some minutes. After boiling, leave it for cooling for one hour. Take out the plant pieces and throw them out. Then the remaining liquid can be used as a drink. This natural aloe vera juice can provide you relief from the cold and flu.
Aloe Vera Juice Recipe 3:
Extract 1tbsp Aloe Vera gel from aloe leaves. Take 2 carrots, 1 peeled orange and 2 apple. Cut the apples and carrots into small pieces. Then put the orange, sliced carrots, apple and aloe vera gel into a blender and blend it for a minute. The healthy aloe vera drink is ready.
