How to treat Hemorrhoids with the aloe Vera cream?

Hey can someone help me?? I am struggling with Hemorrhoids and just wondering how to cure it? I read about aloevera cream on internet but confused about it that it will work or not. Is it right option to treat Hemorrhoids with aloe Vera cream anyone of you has any experiences please tell me??? Should I go for it???
