I have some land ,how to cultivate aloe vera? Where to sell the output?

I have few acres of land in north bengal, india where i want to cultivate aloe vera, please provide me necessary informations like (a) haw to prepare land (b) from were to collect seed/seedling (c) cultivation tecnology(d) post harvest processing(e) marketing of product(aloe vera leaf) etc.
