Looking for herbal and natural skin care products?

I am looking for skin care and cosmetics that are healthy and natural for my skin. My friend told me about the Aloe Vera products I am very confused should I go for this product or is there any side effects? Does it only works for skin related problems? Any one of you can give me advice what should I do?

jeffery 		Let me tell you that I am using this Aloe Vera cream product for my skin and I have never met any side effects yet.
