Prolonged use of aloe vera leads to hematuria, albuminuria and fluid imbalance inside the body. However, these problems may result into the intestinal motility; some people may experience irregular heart beats due to the loss of potassium.

The most common side effect of aloe vera overdose is diarrhea and kidney problem. If you noticed that the color of your urine changes to pink or red, then immediately consults your doctors.
