Cough is very annoying and when an attack comes everyone wants to have an instant remedy. One instant and very effective remedy for combating cough is aloe vera and honey. Take some aloe vera leaf and peel off the gel from the aloe vera leaves. Now, place equal quantity of aloe vera gel or juice extracted and honey in water and boils it. Drink a cup of this juice every morning to have relief from the cough.

Both aloe vera and honey have ability to restore damaged tissue and also honey will provide you energy to quickly recover from the cold and cough.
