Right now I am suffering from irritable bowel problem. It is causing inflammation in my lower colon and giving bad spasming during the bowel movements. I have started taking the remission diet to control my enema. I am searching for the faster benefits as this problem is making me weak and lazy. I want to know about aloe vera juice how it is useful in healing enema and my constipation problem.

My hair is very dry. I have tried different home remedies to make my hair smooth and silky. I have applied coconut oil, coconut milk, lemon juice and vinegar but after washing my hair still remains dry. I have also used mixture of shikakai powder but it works for only few days. I want to know about the aloevera and can we make hair conditioner using aloevera juice.

Hi, I have problem regarding the cold sores. Every year cold sores appear around my mouth and on the lips. It is very itchy and makes me discomfort. Due to itchy problem my skin becomes red and starts swelling. And when it dries forms a thin yellowish scab. My Friend has suggested me to use Aloevera gel and lotion. Can anyone suggest me is Aloevera helps to heal cold sores.
